If anyone can help me find any references I can go to for my braces since I have not been seen by my orthodontist from access dental since March. I’m going on 4/5 months now without being seen. When I call the office I get sent to a 3rd party and I’m told that they will reach out to me. My worst nightmare is happening…. Send help. Smh.

The front desk manager, Eva….incredibly rude. Got there at 12:48, lied and said I couldn’t be seen because my appointment was at 12:30. Had the reminder card showing my appointment was at 1. Made several payments on braces I still don’t have yet because my appointments are always being canceled/rescheduled. I’m sure I’ll be waiting a while for my refund. Very unprofessional and never know what they’re doing at the front desk. Quick to take your money, slow to resolve/fix an issue caused by them

If I could give 0 stars I would! The orthodontist team is by far the worst! My daughter had an appointment that we waited a month for. We arrive to her appointment and they placed a sign on the door stating ALL appointments for the next two days were canceled due to staffing issues! We received no call or anything to reschedule! When you call the number listed on their website you get a switchboard person and never get a call back! You will wait hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment. If you need braces or any orthodontics, I recommend going somewhere else!

STILL WAITING ON A RETURN CALL!!! 22 days and counting. ALL THE REASONS NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME: 1. They don't answer the phone or return calls. 2. They cancel appointments and forget to tell the parents so kids miss school unnecessarily. 3. They triple book patients so even when you have an appointment, you get there and over 10 people have the same appointment. 4. They have a phone system that's so old that when the system is down, they just close for the day. 5. The ONE thing they are good at is calling you if you don't make a payment...... HORRIBLE!!! They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time or money. They don't have adequate staff to do anything, including answering the phones! Day 5 of calling twice a day to get someone on the phone to reschedule an appointment----an appointment that we showed up for on Monday only to find the office was closed due to short staff. They didn't have the common courtesy to call us to cancel before we made a trip to the office.

What is an appropriate time to wait to be seen by dentist??? Well, my 2nd attempt at Access Dental. First time waited 45 minutes then rescheduled. This time waited 1-1/2 hours and walked out. No one said anything to let me know they were behind and no one seemed to be rushing!!! This is my first experience with having Medicaid in my 78-1/2 years of life! Is this what happens to people after unexpected, life altering events? It just would have been better to be informed, I would at least know I was respected as a person!
